This Notice may be cited as the Transfer of Powers and Duties (The Chief Medical Officer, Ministry of Health) Notice.2.
The functions conferred upon the Chief Medical Officer, Ministry of Health under the Written Laws specified in the First Schedule hereto, shall be exercised by the Director of Hospital Services.3.
The functions conferred upon the Chief Medical Officer, Ministry of Health, under the Written Laws specified in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be exercised by the Director of Preventive Services.4.
The functions conferred upon the Chief Medical Officer, Ministry of Health, under the Written Laws specified in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be exercised by the Director of Manpower Development.History of this document
